Do you keep a writer's notebook?
I've had a notebook fetish for as long as I can remember. When I was very young, my neighbors would have garage sales with a lot of notebooks and paper for sale (I never understood why, but I also never complained). I would buy as much as my weekly allowence would allow! I've been the same ever since.
I have a number of what I call "writer's notebooks." Some are binders containing daily (or weekly) assignments I've completed, while others are plans for future pieces. As a matter of fact, I have five notebooks open in front of me right now . . . my to-do list notebook, my binder, my journal, my "interviews" notebook, and my month map.
How many notebooks do you use?

I have 1 other notebook that I wrote in during high school, which has tons of clips and ideas that I frequently go to. I also have another notebook that I started when I filled the first, but it's still incomplete. I even keep a small spiral notebook with me or at least in my desk drawer (I used to carry it with me).
So I guess total, I'm up to 6. I love buying comp books when they're on sale.
