Is it for you?
There are a lot of opinions floating around about social networking. Articles and blog posts weighing the pro's and the con's, as well as personal preferences about social networking abound.
The point of this blog is to hear your particular opinion about social networking. Do you feel it is a waste of time? How has it been benefial to you, if at all? Do you belong to many social networking sites? What is your experience with social bookmarking?
In my experience, social networks have been very beneficial in terms of finding good leads and finding good people to swap information with. I've been part of social networking circles since the late 90's and, in some cases, it has been very addicting. So, there is a line that you have to be careful not to cross.
