Keeping Track of To-Do’s

August 18th 2008 14:25

I feel like I need some accountability today. There’s a lot on my to do list, including some very specific projects. Maybe if I list them here, I’ll be more apt to complete them. So, faithful readers, keep me on track!

Here’s what I have going on:
· Article for suite101.com (I need to get back on track with daily posts here – I miss that!)

· Several how-to’s for DemandStudio.com (including how to make a tea stained journal, and how to make envelopes from tea stained pages – such FUN!)
· Two articles for BrightHub.com
· Article for WebUrbanist.com
· Blog post for panoplycorp.com
· More book research
· Read for book reviews

I thought about sending queries out today, too, but I think I have enough to finish before hitting on any of that. Of course, once I finish these pieces, I’m sure I’ll change my mind about that. I always do.

So, who wants to keep me on track? Do any of you need help staying on track today? We can be “on track” buddies!

To do lists can most definitely be overwhelming. I have a three page one in my fiction writing binder and I need to find my nonfiction binder so that I can make one for that. Yes, I do need separate binders.

I need a lot of different binders for different things, too. That probably why I love back to school sales so much -- I can stock up!! LOL

LOLZ

That's why I like them too

My binder is nice and big and pretty and purple for fiction. The other one is smaller but I don't do as much planning for most of my nonfic. For the most part that one's just brainstorms.

I have a non-fiction one that is filled with planning pages taken from Julie Hood's Side-Tracked Planner (from organizedwriter.com) - it's a huge help for me to track everyting in that one!
